Two agents couldn’t move the house. Michele sold it in a day.

Challenge. The Burlesons had listed twice with two different agents, both times it sat. Neither agent could figure out why.

Strategy. Michele rewrote the listing copy, restaged the two rooms killing the photos, and relaunched at a slightly lower price with a pre-hit-the-MLS email blast to her active buyer list.

Do I pay anything to get started?
Nope. The initial call, the shortlist, and the tours are free. Agent commissions are paid by the seller at closing, so you pay nothing out of pocket to work with me as a buyer.
What if I'm just curious and not ready to buy?
That's most of the people I talk to. I'll tell you honestly where the market is headed in your price band and what to watch for. No pressure, no pushy follow-ups. When you're ready, I'm here.
I'm relocating from out of state. How does that work?
I FaceTime you through every showing, send video walkthroughs of neighborhoods, and coordinate inspections so you don't have to fly in for each one. I've helped families move from Virginia, New York, California, and Ohio. The out-of-state path is well-worn here.
How fast can I see homes?
Usually within 48 hours of our first call. If a home just hit the market and you want to see it today, I'll make it happen. Same for urgent sell-side timelines.
Can you help me sell my current home too?
Yes. Most of my clients are buying and selling at the same time. I coordinate the timing so you're not stuck with two mortgages or homeless between closings. That's the hardest part and it's what I'm best at.
What areas do you actually cover?
Huntersville, Cornelius, Davidson, Mooresville, Denver, and the Lake Norman corridor. I'll also help in north Charlotte if you're looking uptown. If you want somewhere I don't know well, I'll refer you to someone I trust.
