If you are thinking of listing your home for sale this upcoming Spring (late February if you are in North Carolina), put your snow boots on and take some pictures of your home and property dressed in a beautiful blanket of fresh snowfall. Do NOT have your children in them. This cannot be stressed enough. You’re going to be showcasing your home, not your kids.
